Our proprietary outreach process. Every lead has affirmatively asked to be contacted about selling their property — we don't sell scraped contact lists or homeowner data harvested without consent.
Is the lead exclusive to me?+
Yes. Once you buy a lead, it's removed from the marketplace and yours alone. We don't resell it to anyone else, ever.
What if a lead is bad — disconnected number, duplicate, fake?+
Email eva@myrealestateengine.com within 7 days with the lead ID. We review case-by-case and refund quality issues. Real bad leads (disconnected at delivery, duplicates of ones we already sold you) get refunded fast — see our terms.
How fast do leads arrive after I'm set up?+
As soon as one matches your states + tier + budget. Most buyers get their first matching lead within hours — sometimes within minutes if you're in a high-volume state. Each delivered lead arrives with the property address, owner name, phone, and a transcript of the conversation we had with the seller.
Can I pause or cancel anytime?+
Yes — instant pause toggle on your Billing tab. No more leads delivered or charges made until you unpause. There's no subscription to cancel because there isn't one. You pay per lead, never a monthly fee.
How is per-lead pricing set?+
An AI score (0–100) based on the seller's conversation transcript — timeline, motivation, property condition. Higher score = closer-to-close-ready = higher price. Cool leads average $20, warm $50, hot $90. You set a weekly cap; we never exceed it.
Do you require a contract or minimum commitment?+
No. $50/week minimum budget is the only floor; you can pause matching the moment you log in, no questions asked.
