Agent leads

A homeowner who is thinking about listing, and has said so. It goes to one agent — you — and to nobody else.

What you get

The property location, what the homeowner said about timing and condition, and full contact details the moment the lead is yours. Nothing is shared with a second agent afterwards, because the lead is not sold twice.

The seller has not signed anything and has not agreed to a commission. He/she has said that selling is on the table. Everything after that is your listing presentation.

Why exclusivity changes the call

On a shared lead you are the fourth agent to ring, the homeowner is already irritated, and the conversation starts in a hole. That is not a skill problem — it is a supply problem, and it is the one thing a marketplace can actually fix.

One buyer per lead is enforced in the database, not promised in the marketing. A lead that has been sold cannot be sold again.

When this is the wrong product for you

If you need a predictable number of appointments every week in one ZIP code, this will frustrate you. Volume follows what homeowners actually say in a given market that week, so it moves around.

If you do not have a follow-up process, an exclusive lead is wasted on the same timeline a shared one would be. The advantage is that you get to be first, and being first only helps if you call.

Questions people ask

Is the lead shared with other agents?

No. Each lead is sold once. Once it is yours the listing is closed and no other buyer can purchase it, in this market or any other.

How fast do I get the contact details?

Most are delivered immediately. Where the details are still being verified you will see a note on the lead and it lands within 24 hours — you are never charged for a lead you have not received.

What if the homeowner turns out to be unreachable or already listed?

Tell us and we replace it. Our policy is replacement rather than refund, so a bad lead costs you the time it took to find out and nothing else.

Do I need a minimum budget to start?

You set a weekly cap and can change or pause it whenever you want. The cap is the maximum we will ever send you in a week, so nothing arrives that you have not budgeted for.
