Investor & wholesaler leads in Nevada
25 listed across Nevada to date. An owner who is open to selling off-market, priced by how ready he/she sounds. Sold once, to one investor.
Counts from our own marketplace, as of October 1, 2026.
What you get
Where the property is, what the owner said about price, condition and timing, and the contact details once the lead is yours. On leads that came through a text conversation you also get an obfuscated copy of that thread, so you can read the seller in his/her own words before you dial.
You are buying a conversation that has already started, not a row in a data table. Whether it becomes a contract is down to your numbers and your follow-up.
How the price is set
A lead costs more the closer the seller is to actually moving. Someone who has named a price and a timeline is worth more than someone who is curious, and the price ladder reflects that rather than charging one flat rate for both.
You pay per lead out of a weekly budget you set. Unused budget rolls over, and a week where nothing good comes up in your markets is a week you are not billed for leads you did not get.
The honest limitation
Inventory is bounded by what sellers have actually said. You cannot order forty leads in one county on demand, and any supplier who says you can is selling you a list rather than a conversation.
If you are doing volume every month in a single market, treat this as one channel alongside your own outbound rather than as a replacement for it.
Questions people ask
Is the lead exclusive, or am I bidding against other investors?
Exclusive. One buyer, enforced at the database level — when a purchase completes the listing closes, and a second buyer cannot take it even in a simultaneous checkout.
Has the seller agreed to a price?
No. The seller has indicated what he/she is thinking, which is a starting point, not an agreement. Anyone promising a pre-agreed price on a cold lead is describing something else.
What happens if the number is wrong or the seller has already sold?
Report it and we replace the lead. Replacement, not refund — that is the standing policy and it applies regardless of tier.
Can I choose which states I get leads in?
Yes. You pick your markets and your weekly cap during onboarding and can change both at any time.
